7. Instagram Giveaways
From time to time, we may run giveaways or competitions on our Instagram account (@mckenzie_studio) ("Instagram Giveaways"). By entering an Instagram Giveaway, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of [insert country, if applicable]. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of McKenzie Studio are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Each giveaway will have its own specific entry requirements, which will be outlined in the relevant Instagram post. These may include actions such as following our Instagram account, liking the giveaway post, tagging friends, sharing the post, or other actions.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random or based on a criteria set forth in the giveaway post. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message, and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the given time frame, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize: The prize details will be provided in the Instagram Giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specifically stated.
Publicity. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in connection with the Instagram Giveaway, including in promotional materials, without further compensation or approval.
Instagram's Role Instagram is not involved in the administration of any giveaway and does not sponsor, endorse, or administer the giveaway in any way. By entering the giveaway, participants release Instagram from any liability associated with the giveaway.
Disqualification. McKenzie Studio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to follow the rules or acts in a manner that disrupts the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Instagram Giveaway.
